I believe its legal, it throws you straight into SM though.

Cool! We need more people in SM! :f1:
I am assuming this is an axtra set of injectors set to activate at certain RMP correct? I never knew much about it... care to share some datails?

It's a spray nozzle mounted just before the TB. It has a controller that starts the spray at and certain boost level and a max setting at what boost level will it be at max spray. It allows use of less fuel, with more timing and more boost. It basically chemical intercooing. Plus effective octane rating of around 110. Conservative tunes with meth on STi's show 30+ hp/tq gains. It also wards of detonation and lowers EGT's. Keeps combustion chamber, valves, etc clean. The positives are great. I don't know of any drawbacks.

That sounds really good! I guess it's juts line an additional injector setup so I would say it's legal... did you look in to the rules? Especially the SP?

No I haven't checked the rules. But i'm about to. There a complete list of do's and dont's on Nasioc.com for Subies.

Well looks like alcohol injection is illegal for SM... Here is a bit from sccaforums.com
"Things that are not allowed: stripped out interiors, chassis bracing, CF trunk covers, substantial modifications to sheetmetal to fit parts, alcohol injection, etc. "
Also read elsewhere that only "pump" gas is allowed which means it has to be available at a pump station... I think anything up to C-16 or 112 octane leaded is legal. No alcohol or methanol though in SM... That might throw you staright into prepared or modified class.... You should get some 112 leaded like me... (although I am using a 50:50 mix of 93 oct and 112 for now, going with straight 112 leaded next year after my new fuel cell is installed)

Damn I was wanting a CF trunk too. The STi is still a daily driven car. So no C16 for me. It's not good for the O2 sensors.
Would it have to be completely removed in order to stay in my class? Or can I have a tune without the Meth and have it switched off?....

For local cmpetition it really doesn't matter.... Unless you plan on going to a national tour or Topeka I would not remove it or have it retuned... There might be others in SM that mind but as far as me I really honestly don't care... Just come out and have fun! :partay:

let me know how the meth injection works out, I was thinking about it when I upgraded the turbo in the saabaru.. I have been wondering about that.

From what I understand with a Pro-tune and the Alky injection, I'm looking in the neighborhood of +80 whp. I will also be doing injectors and a pump at the same time. So i'm hoping for +100.

Not a rules thing, but any time you modify your fuel system you should carry a fire extinguisher - properyl mounted (ie; not on the A pillar), of course.
