FYI:
Av Gas is a very slow burning fuel, a lot of aircraft engines are low compression engines. The fuel is meant to burn at a constant rpm and the higher octane rating is designed to counteract the issues with altitude. Running Av gas in a car, while possible, will result in a very slow burn, low power, and over heating issues.

well... it's also leaded, which can destroy cats... (if your car has them)

Sean is on the right track in not recommending using AV Gas in a car.
AV Gas, because AV engines are run over a narrow range of RPM, is measured for Octane differently than for Automobile and Race Gas. It is my understanding that when subjected to the same tests as Automotive fuel, its Octane rating is Lower on the order of 10-15 points. The numbers don't lie, but it depends on the application.
