So a few of us have decided to take a road trip to Kansas this year. Anyone interested in tagging along is welcome to hang out with us... Please let us know if you're going so we can reserve hotel rooms. So far we have Sean B., Jason V., Philip F. (maroon integra) and your truly (co-driving Phil's car)... This will be purely a fun trip, we're going to run because we can and we'll get to experience a real national course....and thee will be some very, very fast people out there that will entertain us... just in SM it'll be extremelly interesting as Jason Rhoades will be there with his newly built 240SX (last year's STS winner), Mark Daddio with his newly tuned Evo (arguably the bext autoX driver in the nation) along with Vic Sias who should not need introduction....and possibly Bob Tunnell but I think he went to XP this year).... Not to mention all the other big classes...
Ok, now the planning... Phil and I will be leaving on Monday the 24th early morning. (STS class is running on Thursday and Friday)...Sean and Jason are still planning their "WV exit strategy" as STS2 is scheduled to run on Tuesday and Wed that week so that means they would have to leave the weekend of 22nd (and miss our super-autoX here in Charleston....and I think Sean is crewing at Summit that Sunday anyway...)
Anyway, please let us know here if you are thinking about coming along so that we can finish planning ...
