Well, Montoya won his first Nextel Cup race over the weekend. It was a road course, as expected. He started 32nd, and is the first person to win at the track after starting anywhere past 13th position.

Also, Nigel Stepney, Ferrari engineer, is under investigation for possible sabotage and/or information leaks. The details are vague at the moment, but it seems to stem from a "mysterious powder" being found in both Ferrari drivers' fuel tanks 6 days before the race in Monaco. He has since made statements saying that he is totally innocent and that this is all a campaign of dirty tricks by Ferrari. Apparently, Stepney had been put into a factory job since the sabbatical started for Ross Brawn, Ferrari's chief engineer. Stepney and Brawn came into Ferrari together, but Brawn went on an indefinite vacation once Schumacher retired. Stepney supposedly wanted to take over for Brawn, but was denied the opportunity.
