like 80% of WVU is jersey....my freshman year up there, I thought I drove too far North because all of the license plates were jersey.

there certainly does seem to be a lot of people from Jersey who come to Morgantown. I have nothing against Jersey and it's people, but man... Whenever I'm walking around I can hear at least a few people who can't pronounce "coffee"

Looks like about 4 hours away for me. I might go to this one. At 30mpg, it'll cost me about $50 in gas. I'll add about $20 for food. What's the entry fee?
EDIT: Jersey :frown:

Verona isn't too far away nathan, its a nice area too I might add. I won't be doing Verona this time around but BRR will be running there again on Sept 9th I reckon. I'll be doin' that one for sure... trying to get one of my local buddies to stop talking about how good of a driver he is, and realize there is more to being fast than breaking the speed limit on local roads ;)
Note- John, I've been to the beach in Jersey before, near Bradley Beach I believe it was... they charge money to people to go out on the beach... how ridiculous (pardon my language but.. d@mn yanks!). If you're going to go to a beach again this summer, you should come to Ocean City MD, you can stop at my place here in Annapolis on the way to, and we could drive me car in there to save you some gas :partay:

This one is going to be up to the girlfriend. She might want me to drive her to Parkersburg this weekend. I may look tough  , but I'm actually quite whipped.

:f1: Looks like I'm going to make it! I wasn't sure if it was going to happen or not. Sean, I've washed my pants with my cell phone in them, so it doesn't work anymore. So I was wondering if you're headed by here if we could drive down together. I'm thinking about upgrading by brake fluid for this event. If anyone could help me flush the system and bleed it with the new fluid, I would appreciate it. That's not really a must right now. As much as I hate Wal-Mart, I think I may have to go there to get a helmet for this event. Mine isn't exactly Snell approved. I'm thinking about going with one of those Bells, if I can't find one out of the bulletin board.

I don't think Wal-Mart sells Snell approved helmets. I remember someone else buying a helmet there at one time and it didn't meet requirements. They may have some that do, though. We got our's from the Bell Store's Clearance section. I think it's at thebellstore.com

Hey Nate. You can come down to Charleston with Sean. I have to be in Elkins all day saturday and that means I'm leaving sunday morning about 6.00 am from Charleston. If you want you can drive with me sunday or just go camp out with Martin and Sean. See you guys there....

To save on gas money, I would like to co-drive with someone. I'll pay $30 to the driver for gas and what not. I promise to be really gentle, as I am coming to understanding that a lead foot doesn't make you go fast around a turn. And turns are the majority of autox courses. If I can't get someone to let me co-drive, I'll take the Celica down and run it.

Yup, you should be good. I don't think they'll turn away anyone from out of town...although they have over 100 people signed up on myautoevents ...looks like a big event!
