Small Wheels, Small Tires

I have a project I'm working with, big surprise. But I need some small rims and tires. I know I can handle 12inch rims. I don't mind going to 13. Anyone know were I can go to get cheaper small wheels, and where in the world I can go to find tires for them. I've found a few wheels, but no tires.

Diamond Racing wheels has cheap 13" wheels... look to the Mini (austin) Community for 12s and smaller... I thought Yokohama made 13" street tires... check the A1 chassis forums at VW Vortex since some of them follow the euro trend of 13 " wheels... now in the world of race tires 13s are easy to find from any of the major players... if all else fails call tire rack...
