Airport Solo Zone Map

Another map? :)

Last October, I didn't do a good job on getting certain areas organized. Here's the zone map that should hopefully help and display the important areas. Please let me know if I have left things out or there are any questions.

Luke Zyla (red miata) was able to get some adult volunteers from the Band Boosters to help at the front gate. THANKS!! Their responsibility is to have entrants sign all waivers, wristbands, and direct Solo drivers to either the Tech area or Solo parking. Entrants can go park first and clean car if needed.

The Solo members who are doing tech (Kurt W, Chris M. so far) will not go to the cars in the parking lot. People who need Tech'd must go to the "Temporary Tech Area" with car. This should save time and keep things more efficient. Every car that gets Tech'd gets a super duper special sticker!

looks good. last years autox had a lot of planning, judging by the added effort you are putting into this one looks like it will be even better than last years. I thought last year, although the weather ruined things, the club did a good job at running the event as smoothly as possible.

this time of year certainly seems to be yielding better weather patterns thus far, lets hope it continues :)

Great job Davis.
Everything looks super perfect at the moment. We going to have a great event ... We'll be there friday and help with tech and set up the course next day. Can't wait. See you guys there....
