April Membership Meeting

It's at my house next Friday. 7:00PM right? We'll furnish the finger food, you bring the beverages. I may have some racing flix to watch on the big screen; any suggestions? Here's some directions:

Teays Valley exit (39 I believe)
Head N on 34; towards Winfield
Turn Left just after the Go-Mart(you can see the Go-Mart from the end of the off ramp) on to North Poplar
Go bout 1/4 mile
Turn right into Deer Valley subdivision
Look for mail box on right with NELSON on it (bout 1/2 way up the subdivision)

Martin and Miro won't be there. That's what Marteen told me some days ago.

I plan to come but I would definately like to know who else is coming. Its 2+ hrs each way for me. Please post up if you are coming. I'm guessing Robbie would like to know too for food/drink stuff

I know Miro Martin and Nate cannot make it.. I guess we need a head count of BOD members who can make it... if needed we (the BOD) will have a post meeting meeting to take care of anything that needs a Quorum ... Davis.. you will be there right??

BTW this is the only mention of a Quorum in our bylaws...

Section 4. Quorum. At the Annual Business Meeting or any special meetings of the members, 20 percent of the Members
in good standing shall constitute a quorum. If less than a quorum is present, a majority of the Members present may adjourn
the meeting until such time that a quorum is present.

Yes, I'm planning to be there. Was just hoping to see more people there.

If there was something that came (nothing that I can think of) up and needed approval by the BOD, its always nice to have a BOD quorum.

Topics that I would like to discuss:
How many official SSS's do we have? How many @ Airport event?
Where is the trailer? I'm looking for a volunteer to help pull it for May event.
I Want to go over some procedures and drivers' meeting notes.
What's better, "Grand Prix" or "Le Mans" movie?:cool:

my 2 cents for the mtg tonight
might want to fill the generator up on the way down to pkb and make sure we have enough flour. i know there's a big bag in the trailer but a big course might require more. what are we doing with the cables? i'm game for making new ones?
