Just wanted to shout out to Robert and Brad who came out and helped setup and run the event. Robert thanks for all the help today!!! Sorry you couldn't run... Also thanks to all the folks that helped in the morning!!! Plus big thanks goes out to Jason V. for talking with the volleybal tournament officials so that we could use most of the lot. Thumbs up guys!!

Any feedback on the run groups would be much appretiated...we want to make it even better next time. Suggestions? Concerns? Let us know!
It was a bit chilly but hey, no snow! Hope everyone made it home safely.

Congrats to Nate Manchin on excellent driving, also Mike Kessler, look at that guy sneaking his way into top 10!! Looks like this course took bunch of us by a surprise (at least the first few runs...) I don't remember ever spinning as much as I did today...ouch! Even Jason V. got very comfortable in the celica, better not let him drive next time...;)
Thanks to all who came out today! Hopefully we'll have a longer course with a bit warmer weather in April... Mark your calendars...April 15th at Riverside.

the run groups were good. but was it just me... or did it seem the sts/stx group go through the quickest? it seemed like the first run group took a long time. hehe... maybe its all in my head, cause i hated standing out in the cold--it was sunny outside durnit... it's supposed to be WARM!!!--

I think the run groups worked well this time, especially since everyone had to sign in to work, and get assigned to a place. the MOV solo last season in october was horrible because a large percentage of people took forever to get to work. I was however wondering why the club didn't have the walkie-talkies out there today. I remember several instances where someone had to shout repeatedly about cones that were hit.

The groups were small, 'cause only 38 drivers took to the course, in total. That last group lost the 1-car STX field (Troy) for both heats and the white Civic for the second heat, so it probably was the smallest group by the end of the day.

It just seemed fast 'cause you guys were pushing each other so hard. :)

Another thanks to Robert for running the computer while I was running, and getting beat by a wagon!
