Jon, would you be willing to organize the Feb event since the Jan was cancelled? If not let us know. We need to find someone ASAP.
We still need organizers for 2007 events, please post here if you're interested so we can put you down for either an event or a meeting.
Also any input on January "make-up" would be appreciated. Maybe we can do a double event sometime in summer or and extra one in March or April...

Andrew, you can co-organize an event with some of us and see how things are run. Don't forget that course is usually set-up by 8 am...and you would be responsible for finding a person to tow the trailer also. You can chat with some of the BOD members when you come down next time. ;)

When we tried this last month, I had people lined up to help out with trailer pulling, registration, safety stewards, etc. If those folks are still on board, could you confirm? If not, I'll need some other folks to step up and help out.

I'm not sure yet how we're going to work things out on Sunday, as April has a play to direct that day in Nitro at noon. We'll be doing registration, though, unless otherwise noted.
