A fellow Miata owner, Mike, is looking for a good alignment shop. He's been unable to find a shop in his area (Wyoming County) knowledgeable of Miatas, so he doesn't mind traveling to Charleston. In fact, he's made the drive a couple of times just to watch our events.

I didn't have a suggestion when he called today, but shortly after we spoke I took some wheels to a new tire shop in Hurricane - C Adam Toney Discount Tires (they also have a location in Beckley) - to have some old Hoosiers removed. I expected to pay $10 per wheel and would've been very happy with $5, but they only charged $1.50. They will mount comp tires (without balancing) for $3 per wheel, and they do custom alignments for around $70-$90, depending on how much time they spend on it. All new equipment and they seem very knowledgeable.

He'll be watching the forums for suggestions - thanks!

Any other alignment recommendations? Does anyone deal with Brit Tire (Wright Tire?) in Charleston?

I recommend TM Racing. They will be doing all my alignments. Great folks, too.

Brit tire has always done well for me with alignment and other work.
