I had been thinking ofa system like this fora long time, and I'm glad to see someone put it into production...sort of. I don't know if it's available to the public, yet, as I just saw it on SPEED at the SEMA show.
Essentially, it increases/decreases your camber when turning via the steering rack.

They also had some nice carbon fiber race wheels made by Dymag, but it doesn't look like they're for anything but racing. http://dymag.com
