a little winter garage project

Well .. i have been watching everyone remodel their garage.. and i thought i would finally get off my duff..
cleaned out the junk.. still have plenty.. and was considering the epoxy floor covering.. priced the race deck.. $$ wow..
found the industrial tile at sams..
they sell the gray tile at sams club.. and sams club dot com they sell colors.. red black blue ..
i did the garage overall in gray.. and under the vette blue and black checker..
i have the regular garage mat under the wifes car.. i am getting seven boxes of tiles for christmas.. what can the relatives get me ?? thats it.. !! i usually have a project they can help finish..
anyway . .i like the look.. my floor was cracked and i think the epoxy would have looked good.. but the cracks would have just been pretty.
plus.. if i move.. i can take this with me.. i didnt realize how big my garage was.. 30x30.. thats a lot of tiles.. these are 18x18..
if you ever take on this project.. a few pointers.... STAY SQUARE !!!
if you are off a little bit.. the teeth wont line up.. boy .. what a pain..

i organized all my tools.. nuts and bolts ..

buying these tiles is like putting mulch down.. you think you have enough ..you need more..
i probably have 1400 bux in the tiles.. but..

:shock: It was about $60 to epoxy half of my garage. At $120 for a 2 car garage, I could epoxy the garages in my next 11 houses for the price of those tiles lol. Those tiles are definitely nice, though, and they won't peel up when you drive on them...

Yeah, I thought those were cool, too. I like it! And it matches the car. As well as the WR Blue Pearl Sti you could put in there. What am I talking about, you have a Vette! :shock:
