Tire truer?

Would anyone know if there is a place near Charleston that would have a tire truer?
For those who don't know it's like a big tire "lathe" that trues tires so they are perfectly round. If anyone knows of a place please post here.

Not really close to Charleston but if all else fails and none shows up here's an option:

Hocking Tire in Little Hocking Ohio (west of Belpre on 50) can do it. They trued a tire for one of my Subaru's a couple years back.

Do either of these places have the skills to properly shave full treaded tires down to competition depth(s) for autocrossing etc.

Once upon a time ....There was a tire shop in Ripley, called Fetty's Tire Service. He did a great job of shaving or truing out of round tires. Helped a lot even before we knew what shaving was all about.
