Per the BBC. Toyota is out (http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport2/hi/motorsport/formula_one/8341602.stm), Renault is deciding today (http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport2/hi/motorsport/formula_one/8343221.stm) (but won't say for a few days). Is this the end of the factory team era ('cept for Ferrari, of course)?
