We'll need all the customary stuff covered. Specifically, do we have a trailer puller and can I get a couple of volunteers to do tech?

Count me in for Tech, or whatever else you need, are we doing the Test & Tune Sat as we talked about at the meeting or is this just the reg Sun event?

i'll pull trailer on Sunday, if we do a Test and Tune on the Saturday before, someone else will have to tow. I will be in Mo-Town for some beer and football.

Still no definite answer from RHS on Saturday - that's on my follow up list for tomorrow.

We should be there early to help also, Tara's family is in town so it might just be me for a while in the early am... will be available to help with whatever needs to be covered (tech, SSS etc)

Also, we need to know about Sat very soon due to Sanction application. Generally we need to give 14 days to aprove the application but we can pay $25 extra and get it earlier. Tim, maybe you can send it in anyway just in case.... (we won't be there Sat by the way, just Sunday)

I'll be there on Sunday - with a new ink cartridge for the printer!

At this point we may be better off to stick with just Sun. The weather for Sat looks bad, and we may not get much of a turnout............

Can we try for first or second week in November? (Nov 8th perhaps which would give us plenty of time to advertise) If so I could make another flyer and post it at local parts stores and forums...

Saturday is a no go - big volleyball tourny. If their gym schedule is anything like ours, Saturdays are booked through Spring.

Do we need anything specific for this event? Batteries? Chalk? Flour? Gas for the generator? As a side note, we need to have the generator serviced again. I know the guys at Pile Hardware said the spark plug needs to be replaced soon which was about two years ago... I can take it back to Pile unless someone has a better option.
Anything else???

Meeting at tudors again at 7 or 7:15am Sunday?

I know we need trash bags and registration forms (I will print some reg/tech forms here at my office). Martin if you can get a box of trash bags. I will be at Tudors about 7am.

No car but I do plan to stop by, the truck might just be a little big to be thrashing around the parking lot.

Gas taken care of, I'll take care of the service work, will take to Pile after the event. I also need to have mine servived.

Also, I may have to take the trailer up on Saturday night, who is seting up the course, where do you want the trailer spotted.

Cathy has the swine flu so she more than likley will not be there, hopfully I will not catch it by then.

I am at home today with a bit of a sore throat. It better be something simple that clears up in two days, I don't want unregister and miss another autocross. Is there a make up date where you guys can just trust me to run the empty cone boxes and give you my time?

Possible AM showers...I think we'll be just fine for the event. Little on the chilly side but it'll be fine I am sure.

What will be higher, Sunday's temperature or WVU's margin of victory over the Blundering Herd? :f1:

Time will tell, I guess!

Ouch! Of course, if the Mounties turn the ball over 6 or 8 times like they have lately, we might have half a chance. Chuck, I'm gonna work on course design tonight or tomorrow morning. Watch this space for trailer parking direction. Failing that, give me a call before you head up.

She at home
Shes doing ok, still suffering from Headaches, fever and body aches,

So far I ok, Ive been fighting a sinus infection for the laost couple of weeks.

needless to say, we are not going to the game today, if I had to miss a game this year, I'd rather it be a non conference game.

BTW, I think Marshall will play good today. Ive heard the Uncle Joe wants this to be a game, so he instructed WVU to not blow Marshall out of the water. (rumors....who knows) Marshall is a much better team this year.

I'll be a tudors 7 am.

OK, Chuck - please deposit the trailer in front of the library, parallel to the curb, against the curb, down near the everpresent Taurus wagon, with the trailer window facing the lot. Cars will start the course facing the corn field and we'll use the other end of that area in front of the library for grid. If that doesn't make any sense, call me during the game at home - 776-6623. Thanks! See y'all in the morning. Is the "breakfast club" still meeting at Tudor's at 7? May try to make that (but, damn, that's early!).
