Awesome autocross today. Congrats Chris for taking a Pax top spot. That was some great driving with that wagon. I really enjoyed it today and big plus is that we stayed actually dry. Thank you guys for a good job all season and have a great Thanksgiving day.

Many thanks to all who offered drives or assistance with my tire problem -
especially Brian Boggess (good to have you back). With the tire fixed, I was able to get home, where my fuel leak (discovered while removing the offending tire) has become a raging torrent. Oh well, planned to take the car off the road 'til spring anyway.

Scott, I am glad everything worked out and you got home safely, I didn't even realize you had a flat until later. Why didn;t you finish up your runs? OR did you run someone elses' car???

I hope everything's ok with your car, Scott. I'm also kind of curious as to what happened to Jason Norton's car.
I had a great time at this event. I couldn't help but think abotu the fact that I had absolutely nothing to complain about from this event. It was little cold, but not cold enough for it to ruin my day. April co-drove my car and it didn't explode, and the transmission doesn't slip any worse now than it did before the event. I think the cold weather really helps to lessen the advantage of the R-compounds over the ST tires.
Nice, simple course, acceptable weather, and a good group of people.

Very well put Troy!!! It was a great event, and it looked like everyone had a good time. My car came back in one piece this time, and aside from some tire burnning I think I did better than normal. Atleast comparing myself with Pat. It was a great opportunity for me to play with my suspension settings and balance the car out.
I cant wait till next season to get more involved and hopefully make some out-of-region events!!!
Happy Turkey Day
And friday is my Bday!! WOOHOO!!!

I'm glad to see that a number of folks had a good time. Unfortunately, some had better times than others. Many, many thanks to all that helped me put the Last Chance together yet one more time. Particular thanks to Joe for hauling the trailer, Sean and Dan for Tech, April and Troy for registration, Sean B for timing, Miro, Martin and others for showing up early to help set up, clean up etc. I'm sure I missed a few helpful souls that deserve special thanks, and I apologize accordingly. By the way - raspberries to those who absconded and didn't help put things away. Anyway, I'm really glad most had a good time. Maybe I'll do it again next year.

I'll accept your raspberries, but we left early so April could get to her play rehearsal on time, so at least we had good cause.

I heard through the grape vine that someone in STS was running without a CAT which I think is illegal in this class. So make sure that you are legal next season. You know who you are.

Valid concern...Miro will be fully legal next season....
His already "super" fast 90 HP celica might lose a couple of ponies....and then gain a few in the lower RPM range where it counts.... :poke:

No catalytic converter!?!?! You mean 91 horsepower!
Only 99 more horsepower and you'll have as many as Mr. Terry.
In all seriousness, we should do all we can to stay class-legal. I'd elaborate more, but I don't have time.
