All 4 are mounted to the rim but none of them have the bead of the tire set (you need to air up the tire untill they both "POP" in to place. Vega tires are known to have very stiff sidewalls but the tires in the vid were used and that makes mounting them less difficult. That said he did it VERY quickly!! I push the rim through the first bead by hand.. then use a tool to slip the second bead over the outer rim.

It took 4 guys and a sledge hammer to mount a set of 205/50/15 710s on 5" rims when I was running the MINI.... when there is a will there is a way!! I gave my tire guys a 6 pack for the trouble.
