Martin... Street Mod question - how much interior can be removed and still be SM legal? Door panels, carpet, rear seats, windows???

Found some info - radios, speakers, rear seat, and sunroofs can be removed. Anything else?

I don't know, but if you remove the driver, I will do a match challenge race in my G Stock Neon (LOL).

I am sure Martin will correct me if I am wrong.. but it's basicly rear seats and the trunk carpet it it is not bolted down... same goes for rear hatch covers.. no bolts or screws... you can remove.... any front seats are fine...any steering wheel... beyond the radio stuff all other interior stays... not sure on airbags other than steering wheel.....

What Jason said, except that you cannot remove side plastic covers (even clips count as "fasteners"...so only things that are not bolted or other fastened to the unibody. You can also remove rear seat belts. If you remove the radio and/or speakers you must cover the existing holes with unrestricted material. That's why you see duct tape in some places within my car...heh
Full doors including the metal supports inside them must stay, door panels must stay stock, every little plastic piece that is "fastened" to the car must stay... (vents, ducts etc)

Unrestricted seats, engine wiring, complete A/C removal etc. Don't touch the windows, they must remain stock. Also, don;t remove any of the sound deadening material, that also has to remain in place. I just ought a big roll of dynamat to put in the rear seats where the material has been removed due to some surface rust and major chipping.. if you remove it you must replace it. Anything else just ask.
