Does anyone local (charleston area) have a fault code reader for a 2000 323i that they'd be willing to read the codes for us? We've been to Advanced Auto, were just affraid that they're equipment may not read all the BMW codes and want to be sure before buying any parts. Also, Moses wants like $130.00 to read the codes. If you have one please email me if you don't mind to help out. Thanks! SeanEdgell@gmail.com

I have one - no charge. I'll send you an email with my address. Your car should have the OBDII system (unless it was privately imported). Look for this connector to verify: http://www.obdii.com/connector.html
