I am compiling a list of websites that post schedules for youth sports events in our area. I am using this as a way to cross refrence these schedules for events at riverside HS. Doing this we should be able to avoid last second issues like we had on sunday. I have a good list of places to check going and so far march 15th looks clear... if anyone has a link to add to the list please let me know...

so far I have

the official riverside hs web site
AAU Basketball wv girls and boys
official aau wv main site
WV Wrestling site (wvmat.com)

Using these resources we could have avoided our problems sunday... my sincere appology to those that came out only to find a full parking lot.

Actually, I should apologize for not following up - I've got e-mail addresses for the folks in the athletic dept who control the gym schedule. I'm simply up to my a$$ in alligators with work and kids. Send me the definitive dates through the end of the school year and I'll forward them on. Or, if you prefer, I'll pass those addresses along.

I talked to Kathy Winfree at RHS today, and we're good for this month. I'll have to re-send the e-mail with the other dates as their addresses have changed. BTW, she tells me that the Project Graduation folks will be there with concessions...cool!

...cool!

Actually I'm hoping it'll be warm and dry. Hey, I can hope can't I?
