Anybody have any suggestion for decently grippy street tires? The OEM Michelins on the Minivan are just about toast. I've got a separate set of snow tires, so winter traction isn't really an issue. I'd like something good in the rain that would do OK for autocross on days I don't feel like changing tires.
Kumho Ecsta ASXs?
Falken Ziexs?
I'm open to suggestions.
Thanks,

I just got a set of Bridgestone S-03's that were on clearance at Tirerack. By far the best rain tires I've ever had. Very good on street too.

I'm partial to Michelin PS2s. Jeff Hufmann got a set of P Zero Neros for his 2.5GT, and he liked those pretty well.
Just my two cents, hope it helps.

I have a set of the Kumho Ecsta ASXs on my wifes VW Golf and we are both very happy with them. For autocross they would be good in a pinch or on very very cold days but they are not a good "sts" tire, any tire that would auto-x that well would have a very short service life for real street driving...

Thanks for the opinions, guys. I ended up getting a set of ASXs, 'cause they had 'em at Sears this morning.
