Car Insurance Advice

Not for me, for a buddy. He whacked a deer in his Camry today, which dinged it up a couple of places. He's wondering if it's worth the trouble to report it and have insurance cover it. Details here (http://not-my.blogspot.com/2008/07/important-car-insurance-questions.html). This is beyond my scope of expertise, so if somebody could help him out, I'd appreciate it.

if he hi a deer.. its comprehensive.. that does not count against you or raise your rates..

if he just hit something.. accident.. collision.. they will surcharge you for a few years..

not like you paid premiums all this time. bastards
