deal was too good to pass up. timing was almost perfect. not sure if i'll run it much this season. please don't laugh too much when i come in DFL for a year! it's a little older than ideal, but should be perfect to learn on. thanks to sean for instigating this whole purchase and jason for pushing me over the edge and starting this whole thing to begin with.
not only did i join the dark side, but it's also a honda...

Nate congrats... I think you'll have a blast. Its a little older tub, but you've gone tons of spares and other cool parts.
Any plans to repaint it? Outta paint it black, goes with the TowAudi.

Just don't follow the Honda F-1 team and try and go global with it.

Mr Holeshots in "downtown" Poca sells VP c12. I have about 2 gallons left myself... and I use redline 2 cycle kart oil for pre-mix 6 oz per gallon.. Did Ryan tell you what he used and how much??
BTW I now have 4" pedal extentions for fun runs and I down-sized to an XLT ribtect seat from my old XXL TIllett t10

Nate, you can also buy 112 octane at BeaveRun... By the way there are going to be 3 karts up there now... another one joined the dark side:

It's Mark Andy who is an incredible driver and mechanic....should be a good competition!
Hmmm... I was going to look for an ES car, now I might just look into a kart for next year to join all the fun...hmmm...hmmmm

Consider that one set of tires on a kart costs less than a single Celica tire. Yeah, it'll be a LOT cheaper to race than any other vehicle.
If my shoulder wasn't permanently screwed I'd be in a kart right now.

Nate... I saw your post on EKN... I have a motor builder out of columbus oh who did the port work on my motor and also has a ton of experience with the honda stuff .. his day job is with Rahal's IRL program. Anyhow he would be more than capable of checking the motor over and give you a good idea of what has been done to it port wise and compression wise. I will dig up his number for ya.
