Can someone explain the benefits of installing a stiffer sway bar on the front? How much difference can it make in run times? Does it make driving for pleasure less comfortable?

Here's a pretty decent write up I saw about swaybars. May help. http://autospeed.com/cms/A_2746/article.html

Luke, from what I understand the front bar on miatas does wonders...and it won't affect street comfort much (springs and shocks dictate that). That's what I am looking into now for the celica, it'll keep the front more level in turns which in turn kep the rear flatter to help corner exit acceleration without super high tech diffs...
If you're going to SCR this weekend make sure to talk to Chris Kirkham which I am sure you already have done in the past... (Peru last year maybe?)

I ordered my Racing Beat tubular bar (1.25"), end link bracket reinforcement flange, and Racing Beat end links today. Thanks for all the advice. I am looking forward to the experience.:f1:

Are you allowed to use aftermarket endlinks in stock class?, I know it says any front sway bar

I checked the rule book and seems that they are not allowed in my case because to use them, I have to modify the bracket to allow for their use. Thanks for posing this question before I made this mistake. I guess I will stick with the stock links.:frown:
