Lots to discuss with the upcoming airport event and end-of-year stuff. Big pot of chile, as always. Everyone welcome! Directions in RM. Car stuff, chile and beer (BYOB), maybe some loud music...come on out! RSVP, please. :cheers:

I will be bringing LARGE maps of the aiport area we will be using.
An actual course map may als be completed by then or at least a draft.

Once the event flier is approved by SCCA, hardcopies will be avail too.
Lots of other stuff to talk about. Looking forward to coming and hoping for a better turnout than last month's meeting.

I would like to be there but I will be leaving town Friday about 3pm to go to Nashville for a Family thing... Nate take good notes!! and someone pick up a Parkersburg site map for me please!!

I have a huge favor to ask.....

Joe Huston has a draft of the course design ready. However he won't be able to attend the meeting on Friday.

Can anyone pick the map up from his house (in Charleston) sometime within the next 2 days? It would be a huge help to me.

I (or Joe) can give his phone number out in a PM or e-mail.

It's not looking good for me. I didn't think about it, but that's on "Football Friday Night," so I'll most likely be shooting a High School football game. April may be there, though, since it's so close to our house.
